Not that he needs any introduction from me, but Brian McGilloway is the New York Times bestselling author of the Lucy Black thrillers and Inspector Devlin mysteries.
His latest release, Blood Ties, is another addition to the Inspector Devlin stories and has been greeted by critical acclaim.
To quote Anne Cleeves, “Blood Ties is a compulsive police procedural, but it’s so much more than that: thought-provoking, compassionate and beautifully-written. McGilloway is one of the finest crime-writers working today.”
At this event, Brian and I will be chatting about our own creative procedures, where we get our ideas from, and what we think makes a good crime series (not just in book form). At the end, there’ll be time for some questions from the audience.
